Alessio Domini, born in 1991, began his musical studies at the age of four with Antonella Rigo at the Ritmea, and then continued his academic career at the Tomadini Conservatory of Udine, where he obtained a II level academic diploma in composition with honors and special mention (2015) under the guidance of Renato Miani and Mario Pagotto and the diploma in piano with full marks (2011) under the guidance of Franca Bertoli. Previously he obtained the classical high school diploma with 100/100 at the Liceo J. Stellini (2010).

With his compositions he obtained a special mention at the 2013 National Arts Award and the Mariani Pratella international competition in Ravenna, and the third prize at the MG Vivaldi international competition. His pieces have been performed in Turkey, Poland, Sweden, Belgium, Austria, Albania, Slovenia, and included in the program of festivals such as Mittelfest, Klarafestival, Ankara International Music Festival, National Forum of Music (Poland), Festival de Wallonie, Såxa Kammermusik Festival, Portogruaro International Festival, Udinecontemporanea, Amici della Musica. Among the performers of his works appear the Percussionists of La Scala, the Polish Cello Quartet, the Presidential Cello Quartet (Turkey) and the Symphony Orchestra of the J. Tomadini Conservatory in Udine. He was selected by Mittelfest to participate in the 2016 edition of the European project MusMA - Music Masters on Air. His works have been recorded and broadcast by Rai Radio 3, Sveriges Radio P2, Musiq'3, Dwòjka - Polskie Radio, Albanian National Television, ORF.

As a pianist he mainly dedicates himself to chamber music and to the diffusion of the contemporary repertoire. With the contemporary music ensemble of the J. Tomadini Conservatory, with whom he has collaborated since 2011, he has performed in Salzburg, Florence, Modena, Bolzano, Ljubljana, Tirana, Campobasso. He is a founding member of the Ensemble Ouessant, strongly committed to spreading the music of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, and a member of the Friulian Philharmonic youth orchestra. He plays in duo with the violinist Alessio Venier.   Since 2010 he has dedicated himself to teaching, which currently sees him engaged in various schools in the region, where he teaches piano, LSTE, ensemble music, theory and analysis .
